FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive who speaks French to join its growing sales team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions and a hybrid work model after onboarding.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing, performing 80–100 outbound calls daily, delivering product demonstrations, guiding prospects through trials, and maintaining accurate CRM and

Formación

• Fluent in French and English.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Residing in Spain – mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free trials to paid subscriptions.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline activity.
