Job summary

FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive who speaks French and English to drive full-cycle sales. You will handle the customer journey from initial contact to closing subscriptions, including product demos and trial management, in a hybrid setup after onboarding.

The role emphasizes cold calling, ambitious targets, and a performance-driven environment with uncapped commissions and a clear career ladder.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English
• Based in Spain (Madrid)
• 1-6 years of commercial/sales experience
• Background in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales or business development

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
• Make approximately 80-100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
• Guide prospects through their free-trial period
• Convert free trials into paying customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team
