The Career Nest in Madrid is hiring for a bilingual sales professional to manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close. This hybrid role requires native-level French and English, Spain residency, and lively KPI-driven work in a fast-growing e-commerce tech environment.

You'll start with four weeks on-site training in Madrid, then travel to the office about once a month, with a 30,000 EUR base and uncapped commissions.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in French.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
