Job summary

The Career Nest in Madrid offers a hybrid, permanent sales role responsible for the full sales cycle from outreach to closing subscriptions. You will conduct client meetings, manage trials, and hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.

The position requires native/bilingual French and English, 1–6 years of BDR/SDR experience, and residency in Spain. On-site onboarding in Madrid is followed by blended on-site travels and US-time alignment.

Qualifications

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in French.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80–100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
