The Career Nest is seeking a bilingual French-English Sales Executive in Madrid for a hybrid role. You will own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscriptions, balancing high-volume calls with strategic meetings and trials.

Relocation is not required, and candidates must reside in Spain. Expect a base salary of 30,000 EUR plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive onboarding, and a 50% hybrid schedule after ramp-up.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/ SDR / outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Availability aligned with US time zone.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
