FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is hiring an Account Executive (French speaker) to drive full-cycle sales, from initial contact to closing subscriptions. The role requires 80–100 outbound calls daily, demos, and managing prospects through trials, with uncapped commissions on top of a €30,000 gross/year base.

Based in Madrid, the position offers a hybrid model after onboarding and clear career progression in a fast-paced tech sales environment.

Formación

• French speaker with native or bilingual English; resident in Spain.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Background in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free-trial period and convert trials to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and track KPIs.
