FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing new subscriptions. The role requires French language skills, native/bilingual English, and 1–6 years of proven sales experience.

The position offers a €30,000 gross annual base salary with uncapped commissions and a hybrid work setup after onboarding. On-site onboarding in Madrid for 4 weeks, then flexible hybrid schedule with US time-zone alignment.

Qualifications

• French speaker
• Native/bilingual English
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience
• Background in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales or related roles

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
• Guide prospects during free-trial period and convert to paying customers
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track KPIs and maintain CRM and pipeline
