Formación

• Strong understanding of French M&A transactions or tax structuring.
• Experience in analysing risk and managing deal processes.
• Fluency in French and English, additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite complex Warranty & Indemnity, tax, and title risk policies.
• Work with brokers, legal advisors, and corporate clients to deliver insurance solutions.
