Job summary

Woolsocks - The money app is seeking a Barcelona-based Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional experiences across channels and manage incoming tickets. You will escalate issues to the right teams and contribute to improving our support processes across markets.

You will be part of a friendly, international team in a fast-growing fintech environment. A strong English level is required, and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn in fintech context.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers across channels (email, social media, etc.).
• Handle customer requests and administrative tasks.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve products.
• Support various projects within the Customer Support department.
• Gain experience in fintech and learn about digital products.
