Job summary

Flanks, a Barcelona-based fintech, is seeking a Financial Customer Support Intern to own onboarding and day-to-day support for strategic clients. You’ll work within the Tech team, report to the CISO, and bridge client needs with the engineering roadmap.

You'll gather requirements, track delivery timelines, and ensure new developments land smoothly for users, combining client-facing skills with technical exposure in a fast-growing fintech.

Qualifications

• Exposure to financial markets or wealth management is a plus.
• Strong client-facing communication with external stakeholders.
• Structured, organized approach to multiple requests and deadlines.
• Independent problem-solving mindset; ability to figure things out.
• Spanish fluency is required; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for new features and integrations and translate into specs.
• Own and manage timelines of new developments and align stakeholders.
• Be the first contact for client issues, triage or escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to keep implementations on track.
