Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English and another language (Spanish, French, Italian).
• Good basic competence in Excel.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support priority clients on queries relating to their operations.
• Monitor client activity to spot potential churns.
• Lead proactive reach out to clients on transactional topics.
• Conduct client training on the User Interface.
• Be the voice of the customer in Kantox.
