Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our Finance team. This role is key in supporting analytical accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support monthly financial closings, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data.
  • Tracking of both internal and external billing for all companies.
  • Support internal and external audit processes with relevant financial data and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights on business performance.
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather financial inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in digitalization and process improvement initiatives within the Finance function.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis roles.
  • Experience in multinational environments or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; high attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools are a plus; experience with SAP or other ERP systems; fluent in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in both).
