Formación

• Experience in electromedicine or imaging in the healthcare sector.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain all models specific to X-Ray, bone densitometry, and mammography.
• Perform total system level trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
• Communicate clearly with end-users on equipment status to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist in Account Sales visits and train others where necessary.
• Complete admin tasks on time for FMIs and PMS inspections.

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer for our Team in the Madrid region covering the technical maintenance for Products in X-Ray!

All resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers site / property. These activities contribute to maintain repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial) manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision / prescribed work instructions / systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all models specific to a modality in the assigned area : X-Ray; bone densitometry and mammography.
• Perform total system level trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems
• Communicate clearly with end-users and department managers on equipment status; maintain customer satisfaction
• Assist in Account Sales visits help train others where necessary and identify Sales opportunities and communicate them to account team
• Assist in the growth and direction of business in geographic area
• Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control
• Responsibly complete all administration tasks on time (e.g. ensure timely completion of FMIs and PMS inspections documentation for assigned accounts)
• Play a leading role in complex and multifunctional rooms
• Share best practices
• Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement.

Qualifications

• A diploma Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Electromechanics or Biomedical Engineering Technology or solid experience as a Field Service Engineer in medical technologies
• Experience in electromedicine or imaging (healthcare sector)
• Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving
• The ability to plan and organize your work own effectively and to work with minimal direction
• Excellent interpersonal listening and customer service skills you can deal with differences of opinion tactfully and effectively and you influence rather than direct
• Good knowledge of English language to properly play the information successfully attend training courses and allow fluent communication in this language
