Job summary

Getnet Europe is seeking an Ops Lead Europe – European HUB to drive cross-border operational models and support European clients in a fast-growing fintech environment. This role focuses on onboarding, configuration, reporting, and escalation across multiple countries with strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and efficiency.

Fluency in English and a solid background in European acquiring, payment schemes and PSD2 are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in acquiring, payments, operations, consulting or client management.
• Strong experience in the European acquiring ecosystem, including cross-border environments.
• Experience with Visa and Mastercard and understanding of the PSD2 regulatory framework.
• Experience in operating model design or transformation initiatives.
• Fluent English with ability to interact with international clients and European stakeholders.
• Core payment processes including authorization, clearing, settlement, fraud management and chargebacks.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical consulting support for European clients.
• Assess multi-country feasibility and assist in pre-sales when required.
• Design end-to-end onboarding, configuration, reporting, support and escalation frameworks.
• Standardize cross-border processes and define KPIs and service monitoring indicators.
• Coordinate with Getnet Europe teams to maximize use of current systems and tools.
• Drive efficiency and scalability by reducing duplication across European operations.
• Oversee correct configuration of European clients across platforms.
• Contribute to product evolution ensuring operational readiness, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with product and technology to align operations with strategy.
