Job summary

Getnet Europe, the European hub of Getnet, seeks a Product Manager in Madrid to drive integration and product evolution for alternative payments. You will collaborate with Product and Tech teams, guide partners from assessment to production, and translate business needs into technical capabilities.

The role emphasizes strong English and Spanish, deep payments knowledge, and cross-functional leadership in a hybrid Madrid setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payments industry experience including integration or solution design.
• Experience supporting integrations with customers, partners or integrators.
• Experience with acquiring, PSPs, merchant/acquiring banking or POS integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field; additional tech education preferred.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish in professional contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Getnet Europe's integration documentation and APIs.
• Manage product relationships for alternative payment methods across channels.
• Guide merchants and integrators through the technical integration journey.
• Translate business needs into viable product capabilities and configurations.
• Assess architectures and flows to recommend Getnet solutions.
• Identify gaps and drive automation to simplify processes.
• Analyze market trends to evolve payment methods for different business models.
• Support commercial talks by translating needs into technical proposals.
