Job summary
Getnet Europe seeks an experienced operations and payments leader to partner with European teams, optimize cross-border processes, and ensure regulatory readiness across multi-country clients. The role requires deep knowledge of acquiring ecosystems and strong cross-functional collaboration with product and technology teams.
You will drive operational improvements, design scalable models, and support complex client configurations in a fast-growing European environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in acquiring, payments, operations, consulting or corporate client management roles.
- Strong experience in the European acquiring ecosystem, including cross-border environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business, product and technology teams.
- Experience with Visa, Mastercard and PSD2 regulatory framework.
- Experience in operating model design or transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with European HUB commercial teams by providing operational and technical consulting support for European clients.
- Assess operational feasibility for multi-country clients and contribute to pre-sales processes when required.
- Design and implement end-to-end operational models covering onboarding, configuration, reporting, support and escalation frameworks.
- Standardize cross-border operational processes and define service monitoring indicators and KPIs.
- Coordinate with existing Getnet Europe operational teams to maximize the use of current systems, tools and procedures.
- Drive operational efficiency and scalability by identifying and avoiding unnecessary duplication across European operations.
- Oversee the correct configuration of European clients across platforms and act as a reference point for complex multi-country cases.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of new products by ensuring operational readiness, efficiency, resilience and regulatory compliance.
