TD SYNNEX is seeking a proactive partner success specialist to collaborate with Datech vendors across Europe, including Barcelona, supporting the customer lifecycle and program implementation. The role enables cross‑functional collaboration to grow revenue and improve retention.

You will demo portal capabilities, drive partner adoption, design automated nurture plans, and analyze data to identify opportunities with partners, all within a hybrid European environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to interact with managers and above.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build solid working relationships.
• Demonstrates complex problem solving, critical thinking and decision making.

Aufgaben

• Vendor relationship: Drive the Datech value and capabilities to all Vendors; collaborate with Vendor teams.
• Customer Lifecycle Services: Provide full demos of Portal capabilities to Vendors and new partners; drive partner adoption.
• Automated Nurture: Design, implement, and manage automated nurture plans for partners.
• New Business Development: Drive programs to expand business with existing customers and partners.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with vendor stakeholders and relay insights to internal teams.
