TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Business Development Manager, Peripherals Europe, to lead growth across European markets and drive category strategy with manufacturers and partners.

You will shape go-to-market initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and accelerate AI-enabled decision-making, forecasting, and planning across Europe. This is a strategic role for a commercially driven leader with strong execution and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, category management, or commercial leadership within tech.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturers, distributors and European market dynamics.
• Proven track record in delivering sustainable growth and partnerships.
• Experience in international matrix organizations.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Advanced data-driven decision making and reporting abilities.
• Hands-on experience applying AI, automation and analytics to commercial processes.
• Ability to scale AI use cases across forecasting, segmentation and planning.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage with data confidentiality and human oversight.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, profit, market share, vendor investment and forecasting performance.
• Develop and execute growth plans across Europe, identifying opportunities and segments.
• Build and manage strategic vendor relationships and lead reviews.
• Drive negotiations, pricing strategies and profitability initiatives.
• Turn market insights into actionable growth opportunities.
• Align cross-functional teams across multiple European countries.
• Lead pan-European programs and best-practice adoption.
