Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support to clients, diagnose incidents, and drive resolution to meet SLAs. You will work to restore services, document actions, and collaborate with client IT environments and vendors.

Ideal candidates hold a IT/Computing degree with networking certs and have basic experience in routing, switching, wireless, and remote client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing is required.
• Associate-level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA) are a plus.
• Entry-level experience in networking tech such as routing, switching, Wireless, and distribution layers.
• Experience providing remote technical support to clients is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and collect performance data.
• Maintain accurate configuration records and update knowledge articles as needed.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and drive resolution to meet SLAs.
