Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) for the Madrid region. You will provide remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and drive restoration to meet SLAs.

The role requires basic networking knowledge, a IT/Computing degree, and networking certifications. You will work with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and Riverbed technologies, documenting issues and collaborating with teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
• Entry-level experience in Networking technologies and remote client support.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot with guidance and across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and handle client requests per procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and collect performance data.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up to resolution.
• Provide remote technical support and document incidents and resolutions.
