Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and ensure service levels are met. This is an entry-level engineering role designed to restore services and prevent SLA breaches.

You will work with knowledge articles, coordinate with stakeholders, and apply basic vendor technologies to troubleshoot networking incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology or computing.
• Associate level networking certifications such as CCNA / JNCIA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents within agreed SLA.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report findings.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure proper documentation.
