Qualifications

• Associate level certifications in networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.).
• Entry-level experience in networking tech and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow the support process per procedures.
• Diagnose incidents using service assurance tools and logs.
• Remote investigation and root-cause analysis of incidents.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to expedite fixes.
