Qualifications

Entry-level experience in networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsibilities

Maintain the support process and handle requests per procedures.
Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report metrics.
Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
Perform defined maintenance tasks and update knowledge articles.
Monitor service delivery against SLAs and document incidents.
