The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution, a defined sales playbook, and a proven hunter-close approach, able to own deals end-to-end while aligning with global and local dynamics.

Formación

• Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales across full cycle.
• Experience applying MEDDIC/MEDDPIC and Command of the Message.
• Ability to engage C‑level executives and close strategic deals.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Spain and Europe.
• Build and qualify opportunities; accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Own full sales cycle from lead to close; upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
• Lead complex negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals.
• Articulate business value of SaaS/tech solutions to executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain forecasts, KPIs, and pipeline health for leadership.
• Support cross-border opportunities and European expansion.
• Represent the company at events and webinars with credibility.
