Job&Talent in Madrid is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with large enterprise clients across Spain. In this results-driven role you will own the end-to-end sales process, identify opportunities, and accelerate revenue through a compelling base salary and strong commission structure.

You will build long-lasting relationships, present tailored staffing solutions, and collaborate with product and marketing to sharpen our value proposition.

Formación

• Proven track record in staffing sales in Spain.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% across Spain.
• Experience leveraging AI/tech in staffing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a sales plan to exceed revenue targets.
• Engage and manage new and existing clients with staffing solutions.
• Drive lead generation through cold calls, networking, events.
• Identify and close new business opportunities in Spain.
• Provide revenue forecasts and updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing to support sales growth.
• Travel across Spain to meet clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
