Shakers is seeking an AI Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from first contact to signature in Spain. You will build and manage your own pipeline, engage with CTOs, CIOs and other senior buyers, and close high-value tech deals with top freelances through Shakers.

You’ll work in a fast-growing Madrid-based team, embrace AI-enabled prospecting, forecast accurately, and drive multi-country expansion across Europe, with uncapped earning potential and a strong culture that rewards

Formación

• 4-10 years in B2B sales driving full-cycle tech deals.
• Hunt and farm: build pipeline from scratch and grow accounts.
• Have carried a quota and consistently hit it with real deals.
• Tech fluency: engage CTOs/technical buyers with credibility.
• Sell to C-level and navigate multi-stakeholder deals.
• Run pipeline in a CRM and forecast accurately.
• Take full ownership with high agency and proactive mindset.
• Experience with AI and interest to go deeper.

Responsabilidades
