Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. You will engage customers, present tailored solutions, and close deals while working with SMEs to craft value propositions.

The role supports remote or hybrid work from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, requiring 5+ years in consultative sales and strong industry knowledge in medical devices or life sciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets to meet/exceed.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel including client visits/trade shows up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations.
• Manage client interactions to close sales and meet quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and trade show attendance.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Contribute to marketing strategy for Human Factors business.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Prioritize target accounts and maintain relationships year-round.
• Gain HF knowledge through internal training and self study.
• Identify key customers for needs discovery and opportunities.
