Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, selling premium Human Factors advisory services with strong technical credibility.

Remote work is possible, with a hybrid option from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. You will manage the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and work with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions that meet client needs, while targeting annual quotas and maintaining relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• English proficiency at least C1.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Close sales and craft customized advisory solutions addressing customer needs.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs in product development with HF solutions.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and tactics for Human Factors business.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain plan to prioritize target accounts and relationships.
