Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is remote with hybrid options from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will manage the full sales cycle for premium Human Factors advisory services, working with SMEs to tailor solutions and close deals. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in consultative sales in the medical device or life sciences sector, strong English skills (C1), and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency must be at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with quota (min $3M/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Business acumen and sales process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas; craft customized advisory solutions with SMEs.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and trade shows/conferences.
• Build trust with customers and identify their needs and pain points.
