Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, selling to medical device and life sciences clients, with remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will build a robust pipeline, tailor solutions to client needs, and drive revenue while collaborating with SMEs and marketing to shape offerings. Requires strong consultative selling track record and 30% travel readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, engineering, or life sciences.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (minimum $3M/year).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and opportunities in their product development process.
• Contributes to marketing strategy and tactics for Human Factors business.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends to inform offerings.
• Maintain an ongoing plan to prioritize target accounts and relationships throughout the year.
• Gain HF knowledge via internal training and self-study.
• Identify key customers for needs discovery and opportunity identification.
