Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and focuses on selling premium Human Factors advisory services, with flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will lead sales from initial contact to contract execution, tailoring solutions to client needs, and collaborating with SMEs to close deals.

Qualifications

5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year)
Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field
English proficiency at C1 level

Responsibilities

Serves as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution
Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas in the EMEA region
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attending trade shows/conferences
Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory service solutions
Identify opportunities and build relationships with target accounts throughout the year
Travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows
