Danaher is seeking an experienced Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring compliant, timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. You will partner with HR, Finance, and vendors, and manage a multi-level payroll team, reporting to the Director of EMEA Payroll.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or HR.
• CPP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7–9 years in payroll, with 3–5 years in EMEA.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles across the MEDNA region with timely, accurate processing.
• Audit documentation for regional payrolls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Oversee PTO scheduling, hiring decisions, and performance management.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT to support systems enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Produce payroll reports and insights for stakeholders.
