Job summary

Danaher is seeking an experienced Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. The role partners with HR, Finance, and external vendors and may be remote or on-site depending on location.

You will drive audits, KPIs, and process improvements, while coaching a multi-level team and coordinating with HRIS and IT for system enhancements and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• CPP certification is required or preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Approve payroll-related payments in jurisdiction; conduct audits for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements.
