Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. The role oversees a multi-level team, partners with HR, Finance, and external vendors, and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll.

Eligible for remote work, candidates across Danaher locations are welcome. Strong regulatory knowledge, CPP certification, and leadership experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• 7–9 years' payroll experience with emphasis on EMEA regulations, tax, compliance, and labor laws.
• 3–5 years processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification is required.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage teams through change.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across the MEDNA region, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Approve payroll-related payments and conduct audits to verify accuracy.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Maintain compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements; ensure timely payroll payments.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development; manage PTO scheduling and hiring decisions.
• Maintain payroll process documentation; support system enhancements with HRIS/IT; monitor ServiceNow tickets and related feedback.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll-related reports and insights.
