Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. You will partner with HR, Finance, and vendors while guiding a multi-level payroll team.

The role offers remote work flexibility and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll. Candidates should have 7–9 years of payroll experience, CPP certification, and strong regulatory knowledge to navigate tax and labor laws across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or business.
• CPP certification is required.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience, focusing on complex EMEA payrolls.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, taxes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll across the MEDNA region.
• Ensure compliance with country labor laws and tax requirements.
• Audit payroll processes and documentation.
• Manage payroll team performance and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT and external vendors for system enhancements and reporting.
