Danaher is hiring a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accurate, compliant, timely delivery. The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and oversees a multi-level team, with flexibility for remote or on-site work depending on location.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/HR or related field, 7–9 years of payroll experience, CPP certification, and strong leadership. Collaboration with HR, Finance, and vendors is key to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business administration or HR plus 7-9 years’ payroll experience.
• 3-5 years handling complex EMEA payrolls, with regulatory, tax and labor-law compliance.
• Proven leadership and change-management capabilities; capable of driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for the region, ensuring timely, accurate payments.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country/region laws and payroll taxes; drive KPI analysis.
