Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely delivery. You will manage a multi-level payroll team, partner with HR, Finance and external vendors, and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes.

The role offers remote work flexibility and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll. Candidates with on-site or remote work arrangements will maintain their current location, with jurisdictional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or HR
• 7–9 years of related payroll experience
• 3–5 years experience in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls
• CPP certification
• Proven leadership experience and team management
• Strategic thinking in resolving payroll issues

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with timely and accurate processing
• Approve all payroll-related payments and conduct audits
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development
• Oversee PTO scheduling and hiring decisions for operational efficiency
• Monitor payroll IT systems, tickets and improvements with HRIS/IT
• Coordinate payroll reports and insights with HR and Finance teams
