Danaher is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement, with a multi-level payroll team and close collaboration with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

The position supports flexible remote work arrangements and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll. The successful candidate will drive governance, data analysis, and KPI tracking to optimize payroll performance

Formación

• 7-9 years of related payroll experience.
• 3-5 years of experience processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
• Strategic thinking with regard to payroll timing and tax implications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Approve payroll-related payments and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development; oversee PTO scheduling and hiring decisions.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements with HRIS and IT teams.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll-related reports and insights.
