Job summary

Danaher is hiring a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely delivery. You will manage a multi-level payroll team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with HR, Finance and external vendors.

The role offers strategic direction, governance, and the ability to work remotely, with on-site or hybrid options depending on location. A CPP certification and 7–9 years of payroll experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of payroll experience, with at least 3–5 years on EMEA payrolls.
• Strong knowledge of tax, labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and change-management experience.
• CPP certification and strategic payroll problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit documentation, compliance checks, and coordination with auditors.
• Oversee payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to produce payroll KPIs and insights.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements.
