Job summary

Danaher values a dynamic EMEA Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. The role partners with HR, Finance and external vendors to drive performance and continuous improvement.

This position supports remote work arrangements and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll within the Corporate organization. The right candidate will bring CPP certification, strong leadership and regional regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or HR with 7–9 years payroll experience.
• 3–5 years handling complex EMEA payrolls, with tax, labor law and regulatory focus.
• Proven leadership and change-management experience; CPP certification.
• Ability to strategize and manage payroll processes across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles for the EMEA region with accurate, timely processing.
• Coordinate audits and maintain compliance with country labor laws and tax requirements.
• Develop the payroll team, drive capacity planning and performance management.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to deliver payroll insights and reports.
