Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring compliant, timely delivery. You will guide a multi-level payroll team and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–9 years payroll experience.
• CPP certification and leadership in payroll.
• Experience with EMEA payrolls and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with country and region labour laws and tax requirements.
• Lead and manage payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Oversee PTO scheduling and hiring decisions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data for payroll KPIs, including error rates and processing time.
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation and support system enhancements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll-related reports and insights.
