Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience.
• 3–5 years' leadership of EMEA payroll teams.
• CPP certification required.
• Strong regulatory knowledge across tax and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region.
• Approve payroll payments and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
• Maintain payroll process docs and support system enhancements.
