The Danaher Corporation is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll cycles across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. You will oversee a multi-level payroll team and partner with HR, Finance and external vendors.

You may work remotely from home and will report to the Director of EMEA Payroll. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and CPP certification are required, with 7–9 years of payroll experience in EMEA.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
• 7-9 years' related payroll experience.
• 3-5 years experience in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing; approve payroll payments within jurisdiction.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure accuracy in all payroll operations, compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead and manage payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development; oversee PTO scheduling and hiring decisions.
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation; support system enhancements with HRIS/IT teams.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll-related reports and insights.
