Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. You will guide a multi-level payroll team, partner with HR and Finance, and drive continuous improvement.

Remote work arrangements are available; location considerations will be discussed at offer stage. The role requires a CPA/CPP, 7–9 years payroll experience with focus on regulations, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or human resources.
• 7–9 years payroll experience with 3–5 years in EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification and strong regulatory knowledge.
• Proven leadership and change-management skills.
• English fluency; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region, ensuring accurate processing and payments.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payrolls.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
