• CPP certification and leadership experience.
• English fluency; vendor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll across the MEDNA region with accuracy and compliance.
• Audit documentation and regional payroll reporting.
• Manage payroll team performance and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to improve processes.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements.
