Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 7–9 years of payroll experience.
• 3–5 years handling complex EMEA payrolls with emphasis on regulations and taxes.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to lead through change with performance management.
• CPP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payrolls.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax rules.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and coordinate system enhancements.
