Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. You will manage a multi-level team, partner with HR and Finance, and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7–9 years of payroll experience, with 3–5 years in EMEA payrolls. Remote work is possible, with location flexibility within the MEDNA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience with emphasis on EMEA regions.
• CPP certification and strong leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with timely processing.
• Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
