Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• CPP certification is required or highly preferred.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience with strong EMEA exposure and regulatory knowledge.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage teams and change initiatives.
• Experience with payroll systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles across the MEDNA region with compliance.
• Approve payroll payments and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Prepare external and internal payroll audits documentation.
• Manage payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Maintain payroll process docs and coordinate with HRIS/IT for enhancements.
• Provide payroll-related reports and insights to stakeholders.
