Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience with 3–5 years in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification and strong leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking in resolving payroll issues with consideration for timing and tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Approve all payroll-related payments in their jurisdiction, as applicable.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure accuracy in all operations, compliance with country and region labor laws, and tax requirements.
• Lead and manage payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development; oversee PTO scheduling and hiring decisions.
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation; monitor ServiceNow tickets and benefits-related feedback to identify trends.
