Job summary

Danaher is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. You will oversee a multi-level payroll team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience in related roles.
• 3–5 years in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with regulatory focus.
• CPP certification.
• Proven leadership and change-management skills.
• Strategic thinking for payroll issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and support system enhancements.
• Monitor tickets, inquiries, and feedback to identify trends for improvement.
• Coordinate with HR/Finance to provide payroll-related reports and insights.
